Pay : $40-$45 / hr | Multiple NYC Metro Locations | Weekly Pay

Available Shifts & Pay Rates :

Day Shift : $40.00 - $43.00 / hr

Evening & Night Shifts : $42.00 - $45.00 / hr

Weekly pay every Friday

What You'll Do :

Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or facility leadership

Administer medications and treatments per policy and care plans

Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

Accurately chart all care and interventions using EMR tools

Foster a compassionate environment that supports both residents and families

What You Bring :

Current NYS LPN license

2-3 years of LPN experience preferred

(new grads encouraged to apply for select placements)

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility protocols

A strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for patient care

Downtown Brooklyn

Upper Manhattan
