- coordinate with local subcontractor, clients of container terminal
- set up excel sheet with project information
- order parts from Local vender and keep record
- write daily report both to customer and management
- communicate with customer and keep good relationship with customer
- sort out the project cost and have a weekly report to the project manager
- record the punchlist items or other request which required by the customer
- assist the project manager to manage the project in a timely and costly manner.
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or aboveWorking Experience
1 year or more, mechanical engineering working experienceproject assistant or project coordination experiencelogistics experiencesQulifications and Skills
Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project
Languages : English, Mandarin , Spanish (optional)
