Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Role Overview

Roman Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our email marketing and social media efforts while contributing fresh, creative ideas to our marketing campaigns. We are an early adopter of AI technologies, and this role offers hands-on exposure to modern marketing tools and platforms as they are integrated into our daily operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entry-level marketing professional or college student looking to gain real-world experience in a flexible, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, scheduling, and analyzing email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Support social media content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for marketing and advertising initiatives
• Assist with basic reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
• Support marketing coordination efforts using tools such as ServiceTitan and email marketing software

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media strategy
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for generating fresh marketing ideas
• Strong written communication skills
• Good project, time management, and organizational skills
• Scheduling and/or prior marketing experience preferred
• Interest in social media influence and business-focused content creation

Position Details

• Part-time position: 10–20 hours per week (hours may fluctuate based on need and availability as needed)
• Flexible scheduling within 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• In-person role based in West Allis, WI
