Ann's Choice Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Manager to help lead our Memory Care neighborhood , home to 44 residents. This position is perfect for a clinical leader who is passionate about person-centered care and fostering strong, collaborative teams.

In this role, you’ll work closely with theDirector of Nursing, AssistantDirector of Nursing and Assisted Living Manager to guide and enhance resident care, mentor nursing staff, and uphold compliance and safety standards. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in cultivating a warm, respectful, and enriching home environment where residents can truly flourish.

How you will make an impact

Compensation :

Salary range starting at $95k with potential for annual bonus of up to 8%.
