$42.50 Per Hour + Profit Sharing (Top Performers Earn the equivalent of $60+ / hr)

What You'll Do :

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll provide reliable, high-quality service that homeowners can trust,every day. Your work will include :

• Complete all general in-home electrical service calls.
• Establish rapport with customers to sell appropriate products and services.
• Troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions by asking the right lifestyle questions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and our membership plan.
• Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Present yourself as a professional to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, summaries of findings, and pulse reviews.
