Musician

Position Overview:
Windwalker is seeking a talented and experienced musician to provide musical support for worship services at Fort Gregg-Adams. The musician will be responsible for enhancing the worship experience through various services, including Catholic, Gospel, Redeemer, and Ignite services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead musical accompaniment for 52 weekly worship services and rehearsals, ensuring a high-quality musical experience for each service.
• Provide musical support for 20 special events and rehearsals throughout the contract.
• Collaborate with worship leaders to select and prepare appropriate music for each service type.
• Conduct rehearsals to ensure readiness for all performances.
• Adapt to various worship styles, maintaining a respectful and inspiring environment for all attendees.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism for all scheduled sessions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a musician in a worship setting, with proficiency in at least one of the following service styles: Catholic, Gospel, Redeemer, and Ignite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with worship teams and leaders.
• Flexibility to accommodate the diverse musical needs of different worship services.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Availability to fulfill the commitment of 144 total sessions, including weekly services and special events.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $100 per hour for each session, totaling 144 sessions (52 weekly services and 20 special events).
• Sessions include both performances and rehearsals, with schedules determined by the needs of the worship services and special events.
