[job_card.job_description]$16 - $22 per hour based on experience Performance Bonuses Consistent, year-round workflow with strong customer retention Air-conditioned and heated shop Paid GM and ASE training + ongoing education Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits 401(k) profit sharing plan Paid time off, holidays, and sick days Uniforms and laundry service Employee referral program Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Career advancement opportunities Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc. Perform light line maintenance Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check / change oil filter Change, mount and balance tires Check tire pressure and add air if needed Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology Keep the shop area neat and clean Automotive repair / mechanic experience preferred but we will train those who have started automotive trade school / training! Cadillac, Chevrolet, GM, Buick experience is a plus Good work ethic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented service department Commitment to quality repairs, safety standards, and customer satisfaction Please upload your resume. Parker Cadillac is seeking motivated Automotive Quick Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, rotate and balance tires, replace brake pads, resurface rotors, minor tune ups, flush fluids, replace filters, etc.
