Billing Specialist

Century Group is in search of an experienced Billing Specialist to join a team in the Denver metro area. Qualified candidates with 3-5+ years of billing experience. Local candidates only.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $32 per hour.

Hybrid position (2 days of choosing WFH)

Job Description :

Manage weekly billing

Monthly WIP reports

Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes

Review and enter data updates in the systems and spreadsheets

Review discrepancies in billing received

Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Manage, track, and adjust billing

Communicate via email to clients and engineering department

Requirements :

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills

Viewpoint software

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to work independently and take initiative

Able to adapt to changing priorities
