Responsibilities
-
Develop comprehensive behavior-analytic programming based on assessment and observation.
-
Provide supervision for assigned clients (minimum 15%).
-
Deliver direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
-
Conduct parent/caregiver training (minimum 1 hour per week).
-
Administer and score formal assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2).

Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports per Breakthrough and insurance requirements.

Supervise and train behavior technicians; complete fidelity checks and IOA.
-
Collaborate with other providers to support client outcomes.
-
Participate in clinical and operational meetings.
-
Travel to client homes or centers as needed.
-
Mentor BCBAs within their first 3 years of certification.

Lead professional development sessions as assigned.
-
Conduct BACB and internal competency assessments as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
-
BCBA certified and in good standing with the BACB.
-
Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
-
Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with TDLR.
-
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
-
Current and updated CAQH account.
-
Completed BACB-required 8-hour supervision training.
-
CPR certification.
