Mental Health Therapist

THIS JOB IS ONSITE IN MICHIGAN, USA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

• Providing evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

• Carries out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI's

mission, policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required or must be obtained

within 60 days of application.

• Possession of an appropriate State of Michigan credential is required or must have applied for

and be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.

• Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job

related use.

• One year of relevant experience (professional or paraprofessional).

• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both in writing and verbally.
