US Graduate Leadership Intern Program

The US Graduate Leadership Intern Program is a 10-week internship that prepares you for the fulltime 2-year direct to impact development program and will accelerate your potential and place you at the center of a real-world transformational challenge, aimed at bettering the lives of the clients, colleagues, and communities we serve.

The Retail Distribution team is transforming TD Bank's Retail franchise, which requires a reimagining of our work practices to effectively accelerate our progress. Management Interns in our Graduate Program will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers, colleagues, and communities by integrating AI to redefine the way we work.

Key Initiatives may include :

• GEN AI in Retail Distribution : Creating and implementing an AI Chat virtual assistant
• AI Strategy for Retail Distribution : Determine how the Retail Bank can apply AI to strengthen its model and customer & colleague experiences
• Workflow Optimization & Process Simplification : Determine workflow bottlenecks where AI can strengthen simplicity while maintaining a strong risk governance
• AI & Training : Leverage AI for colleague training and development
• Data & Analytics Insights & Methodologies : Build data & analytics methodology for the Operations teams (monitoring, dashboards, insights)

The role involves solving complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders. It leads projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes or functional programs. The role builds stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities; may provide process and subject matter advice at senior levels.

Pursuing a Graduate Degree in a related field and having 5+ years of related experience is required. Demonstrated leadership experience, a history of delivering strong results, and high aspirations and motivation for career progression to senior leadership roles are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include current graduate students with studies in Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or Robotics and Cognitive Science related fields.

Responsibilities include completing business objectives, developing detailed research and reporting, conducting internal and external research projects, and representing the business on cross-functional / cross-product working groups, projects, and forums. The role also involves managing and prioritizing multiple projects, advising senior management, and investing in personal development and growth.
