An exciting opportunity is available for a mid-level corporate attorney to join an award-winning Life Sciences team. You will work on high-growth corporate transactions for life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies globally, including venture-backed startups, IPOs, M&A, equity financing, and corporate governance.

This Life Sciences practice represents industry leaders across their entire lifecycle, handling everything from financings to intellectual property and regulatory matters. With a prestigious history of biotech offerings worth $6 billion last year alone, this team holds top rankings in the industry.

Candidate Parameters :

  • 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience.
  • Experience in venture capital, M&A, IPOs, and corporate governance is essential.
  • Prior experience working with life sciences clients is preferred but not required.
  • A demonstrated interest in life sciences work is also considered.
  • Strong academic performance and excellent communication skills are required.

  • Salary Range : $ 225,000 - $295,000
