Advanced Systems Engineer [On-Site / Hybrid]

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Systems Engineer (Advanced Systems Eng) for Undersea Maritime Systems, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing a test program to very system and subsystem requirements.

• Electrical/Optical system design including requirement allocation and decomposition
• Requirements Lifecycle Management
• Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) in CAMEO/Magic Draw
• New product development and transition to manfucaturing
