Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (home healthcare experience preferred).
• Successful completion of NAPNES or equivalent medication exam.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
