$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Immediate need for a talented Senior UX Designer. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
• They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex, large-scale program in different phases of delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; UX Design; Design System implementation; Human-Centered Design (HCD); Responsive Web and Native applications design; Figma
• Ability to apply human-centered design (HCD) principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
• Experience designing user interfaces (UI) for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
• A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
• Proficiency in advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout.
• Experience working with a mature Design System.
• Jira experience is a plus.
