Assist in assembling and packaging components as needed to support production flow.

Identify, document, and promptly report any product defects or equipment issues to supervisors for resolution.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience working with microscopes or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts requiring precision handling.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving procedures.

Basic computer literacy.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

Ability to operate machinery and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Capable of standing, walking, and moving around the production floor for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access equipment and materials.
