A company is looking for an Integrations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to scope, build, and scale system workflows and data exchanges

Own system design, data specifications, development, testing, and implementation for seamless integrations

Analyze data to identify gaps and develop insights for improving efficiency and product effectiveness

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical environment

Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data exchange standards

Knowledge of claims processing in healthcare insurance, specifically Medicare Advantage

Experience with integration project lifecycles, including system design and testing

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools for reporting and decision-making
