Senior-Level Delivery Manager
Redhorse is transforming how the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizes data and technology. We are seeking a Senior-Level Delivery Manager to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products, ensuring teams execute effectively, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes directly support DoD decision-making and investment priorities.
This is a high-impact role focused on execution, coordination, and delivery excellence, with significant opportunity to influence how intelligent data products are developed, deployed, and scaled across the DoD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end delivery for a prototype cross-functional team, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes align with DoD objectives.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead coordinating across stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to drive execution and remove blockers.
- Translate mission needs and stakeholder priorities into clear delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and delivery workflows, ensuring teams operate efficiently and transparently.
- Partner with design and technical leads to ensure user needs are incorporated.
- Provide regular delivery updates, status reports, and briefings to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery practices align with government standards, security requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
Required Experience/Clearance:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline).
- 7+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or technical project management roles, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, data-driven or technology products, preferably within government or defense environments.
- Strong understanding of data visualization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience briefing senior leaders.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Secret clearance required to start.
