We are looking for candidates who have a great work ethic, happy attitude, and can anticipate fans needs. This opportunity will involve people interaction and organization skills to maintain a smooth work day. We are looking for task oriented people as well as people who can self manage. This job requires a long amount of time in a stationary position, moving through hallways, and identifying fans needs.

Who we are : We’re the West Michigan Whitecaps, Class A Minor League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The Whitecaps are in the FUN business and our mission is to provide affordable family entertainment that strengthens the West Michigan community. We create memorable experiences by offering a fun, friendly and inclusive environment. We’ve been here for 30 years and are ready to be here for at least 30 more, as well as we were 2025 Midwest League Champions!

What you’ll do : You’ll take care of our 4 Topps and / or Luxury Suite Level fans by providing them with excellent customer service. You'll become an expert in our various concessions offerings at the ballpark, master the art of a beverage fridge restock and ensure all pre-arranged catering orders are delivered! You'll set up rented areas, take food & drink orders, handle opening and closing tabs, and help keep things clean. You'll make sure our guests are happy and taken care of, and have a lot of fun doing it!

What you need : A positive, outgoing attitude and excellent organizational skills. Flexibility, since every day here is different and you may be pulled in several directions. You’ll need a willingness to work a lot of nights and weekends, and the ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time. You need to be at least 18 years old with a reliable way of getting to work, and previous serving experience would be ideal!
