Cybersecurity Testing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Testing Coordinator - Cybersecurity Assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets related to cybersecurity operations assessments

Engage with system owners to coordinate remediation activities and ensure compliance with security requirements

Support the development of training materials and gather metrics for weekly deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

Experience with SLA monitoring, reporting, and issue escalation protocols

Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)

Experience with creating dashboards within ServiceNow is a plus

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technical writing and documentation
