Position : Financial Controller (Bilingual)
Oversee our financial operations and work directly with the CEO. This role manages a small team (2 direct reports) and is responsible for all financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and budgeting activities.
Must Have :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- Home Improvement or Construction Experience
Responsibilities
Lead and manage accounting team (2 direct reports)Handle A / P, A / R, payroll, cash flow and insurance compliancePrepare financial statements and month-end reportsBudgeting, forecasting, and financial planningIRS and tax complianceAnalyze financial data and recommend improvementsSupport management with payroll and financial questionsImplement new processes and improve efficiencyInform CEO on all important financial and tax mattersRequirements
10+ years accounting experience and 5+ years in Financial Management (Construction or Home Improvement required)Bachelor’s in Accounting or FinanceExperience with multi-location operationsStrong payroll, insurance, and job-cost accounting experienceHands-on leadership style and strong problem-solving abilitiesBilingual (English / Spanish)Position Offer
