RCL Benziger is seeking a talented Catholic Faith Graphic Designer! We are looking for a creative professional skilled in design, template development, and production for both print and digital delivery.

Are you a graphic designer with experience selecting images and pouring copy into InDesign to produce high-quality books and or digital resource? Are you interested in working for a company whose products shape the faith lives of children and adults? This will be a remote position, unless living within the surrounding Dubuque, Iowa area.

What Will You Do?

• You will participate in the full development cycle from prototype to finished product.
• You will pour manuscript into page layouts.
• You will research and obtain or create media assets for use in product design.
• You will collaborate with artists and vendors, as well as the internal Product Development team.
• You will work to ensure consistency with RCLB's style and the requirements of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and other catechetical and educational principles.

Who Do We Need?

• Someone with prior experience in designing for Catholic educational markets.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field from a four-year college or university; 3‑5+ years related design experience demonstrating consistent growth and technical competency.
• Someone who is able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
