Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY : Work associated with this position requires performing general maintenance of retail stores, real estate properties, and Divisional K-VA-T office. Additionally, this position is required to aid in the construction of new stores or remodels, including store décor, placement of equipment in all departments, etc. Assist in resolving maintenance issues in a cost-effective manner. This is a fulltime and hourly position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Maintain operational usage checkout lanes.
• Maintenance of all store locks and security systems.
• Maintenance of misting systems.
• Provide general maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings.
• Assist in setting and installing store equipment.
• Provide maintenance, installation and repairs to flooring and ceilings.
• Visit retail locations, real estate properties, and KVAT Food Stores, Inc. offices, as needed to provide repairs, new installs, and general maintenance.
• Attend work on-site during normal business hours in the typical work week, as well as additional time as needed to fulfill job duties through regular attendance.
• Other duties, as assigned.
