We are seeking an accomplished leader to help build out a global high-performing business development and partner scaling specialist team focused on helping customers modernize their mainframe platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Driving strategic mainframe engagements and helping customers and partners deepen business and technical relationships.
• Building high-performing teams of Mainframe specialists and Partner Development Specialists.
• Scaling the Mainframe modernization business and partner ecosystem.
• Influencing product teams to evolve the products and address customer concerns.
• Developing deep relationships with CxOs and leadership of selected market-making System Integration Partners.
• Engaging closely with key partners to help them develop their AWS practices.

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
