Your Role :

• Oversee service flow and guide team members during shifts to ensure exemplary safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team of hourly members.
• Assist with various operational functions including Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory.
• Participate in the hiring process and support employee relations.
