Embrace and work in a culturally and linguistically diverse recovery communitySupport all paths to recovery and have a minimum of 2 years of solid recovery or have lived experience as an individual affected by substance abuse in the familyHave a comprehensive understanding of substance addiction and recoveryStrong verbal and written communicationHave strong interpersonal boundariesHave better than average experience using a computer and required softwareFamiliarity with local community, including recovery networks service providers and local resourcesValid Drivers license & reliable transportationFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for programming activities and eventsStatewide travel is required for meetings, training courses and conferences. Occasionally there may be trips to other New England states for annual conferences or training .Skills and Abilities
