Job Description Summary

Shift : Mon- Friday 7am-4pm

Responsible to perform general inspection cleaning and stocking supplies in all common areas inside and outside of assigned building / property

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Sweeps and picks up litter in garage and ramps sweep and mop elevators sweep and clean all stairwells
• Monitors tenant parking in garage and alley parking lot and notify manager of violation of parking rules.
• Monitors exterior parking lot s and cleans as needed.
• Assist monthly parkers and visitors as needed when entering or exiting the garage or parking lots
• Assist parkers if they need to contact a towing company
• May perform other maintenance duties such as cleaning garage lights of dust and accumulated dirt as needed. This includes using sweeper or power washing equipment or other required cleaning equipment
• The associate is regularly required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

• May do other job related duties as needed or required

Key Competencies

Communication Proficiency (oral and written)

May be only staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority / emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and / or stand-by on-call duties

The compensation for the position is : $11.05 - $13.00
