divh2Inventory Coordinator / h2pThe Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a stores inventory. The duties of the job require an average of 20?30 hours per work week (will vary by store location) dedicated to sustaining the stores inventory integrity to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. They are to consistently provide amazing customer service to both internal and external customers while being involved and motivated toward the goals of the entire store operations with a willingness to assist in any area they are needed. / ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities : / pulliEnsure POs are properly received from Ace and non?Ace vendors. / liliReport inventory discrepancies such as over / short and damages from orders received. / liliWork with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store. / liliEnsure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors. / liliUtilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. / liliFollow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received. / liliMaintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched. / liliMaintain oversight of the following functions within store operations : price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments. / liliCoordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories. / liliParticipates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates. / liliWork with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place. / liliPartner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns. / liliComplete all other inventory functions as assigned by management. / li / ulpOther Essential Requirements : / pulliAbility to exhibit and incorporate our Core Values into daily decisions and interactions with others : / liliWINNING In business, money is the score.
