ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance and Financial Services Account Manager for the Lino Amaral Agency in Pinole, you will join a team in playing a crucial role in driving our daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the growth of our agency by building strong customer relationships and serving as a key link between client needs and our agency’s departments. By proactively promoting relevant products and services, you help enhance the financial well-being of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
• Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property & Casualty and Life/Accident &Health license is required PRIOR to employment.
• FINRA Series 65 license and/or ChFC® jumps you to the top of the list!
• 2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services is HIGHLY desirable!
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills a must!
