The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following :

• Traveling 30% to 50%, mostly in Wisconsin
• Creating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams
• Planning and designing of fluid food processing systems and / or entire food processing plants
• Overseeing and taking part in fluid food process projects from start to finish
• Communicating with a variety of employees, customers and vendors
• Determining proper pumps, valves and piping
• Participating in purchasing and requisitioning
• Participating in the quoting process
