Our client in the Fort Lauderdale area is hiring a high-impact Sales Coordinator to join their rapidly expanding team.

This role is essential for maximizing sales team efficiency and ensuring seamless client operations. The position requires a professional who can fluidly manage crucial logistics and provide proactive, direct support to the team's most critical initiatives. salary : $47,000 - $55,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales Support : Offer immediate assistance to the sales team, aiding with purchase order entry, generating price quotes, initiating follow-ups, and managing the order fulfillment workflow.
  • Client Communication : Liaise with customers regarding the status of their orders, product availability, and crucial shipping notifications.
  • Data Integrity : Maintain and manage all client records within the CRM platform, ensuring that lead information, account details, and order statuses are current and accurate.
  • Fulfillment Management : Coordinate logistics and fulfillment details by communicating effectively with both customers and warehouse facilities.
  • Issue Resolution : Proactively review pending orders and address all complications related to shipment delays or customer inquiries.
  • Product Enablement : Support the launch of new products and efficiently communicate updates and information back to the core sales team.
  • Reporting Assistance : Aid in the creation of sales performance reports and identify emerging trends or areas for procedural enhancement.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-2 years Sales Support / Admin (Preferred).
  • Skills : Proficient Excel , Microsoft Office .
  • Systems : CRM / ERP experience (Plus).
  • Core Traits : Highly organized , strong attention to detail , multitasking ability.
