[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax (CPA preferred, but not required) 2+ years of public accounting experience as a tax preparer Strong technical skills in tax preparation, review and research Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Experience with UltraTax, CCH Axcess or similar tax software. CPA and / or EA certification

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, and complex individual returns (1040s)
- Maintain and strengthen trusted client relationships
- Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies
- Collaborate closely with senior staff in a team-focused environment
- Resolve IRS and state tax notices with accuracy and efficiency.
