A regional law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join its Marlton, NJ office. It focuses on contingency-based litigation and offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with no billing requirements. Candidates barred in both New Jersey and New York are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle and manage litigation cases from inception through resolution

Conduct discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, and court appearances

Coordinate with clients and senior attorneys

Participate in litigation training and gain courtroom experience

Qualifications :

Active Bar admission in New Jersey

1-5 years of litigation experience preferred

Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
