Shift : 12-hour days (36 hours / week) / n

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910 / n

/ n / nRegistered Nurse Qualifications / n

/ n

Active RN license in Ohio or compact state (required) / n

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required) / n

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a hospital setting (required) / n

Experience with ICU-level patients, including ventilators and tracheostomies (required) / n

Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Exam (required; study guide provided) / n

Preferred : Experience with central lines, medi ports, PICCs, midlines, foleys, nephrostomy tubes, pleurix catheters, chest tubes, NG tubes, PEG tubes, J tubes, and flexiseal / n

Preferred : Pre / Post Cath Lab and CABG patient care experience / n

Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / n

Preferred : EPIC EHR training, Critical Care Course, CCRN or PCCN certification / n

Navy blue scrubs required / n

/ n / nPCU RN Responsibilities / n

/ n

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans / n

Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with hospital policies / n

Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams / n

Float to ICU as needed and manage low acuity ICU patients under supervision / n

Monitor and care for patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma / n

Utilize advanced respiratory modalities including tracheostomies, ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and heated high flow oxygen / n

Manage and monitor various lines, drains, and medical devices / n

Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives / n

Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process / n

Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies / n
