  • DriveMarketPenetration : Identifywhitespaceopportunitiesandcreatetailoredgo-to-market(GTM)strategiestogrowAuxo’sfootprintacrosstheemergingpharmasegment.
  • LeadSolutionSelling : PositionAuxo’smodularplatformcapabilities—includingHCP360,KOLIdentification,ShareofVoice(SOV)dashboards,andDaaSofferings—tosolvespecificcommercialandmedicalchallenges.
  • ClientEngagement&Influence : BuildtrustedrelationshipswithCommercialOps,MedicalAffairs,andBrandteamstoinfluencedecision-makingandaccelerateadoption.
  • CollaborateCrossFunctionally : WorkcloselywithProduct,Marketing,andDeliveryteamstoshapepositioning,messaging,andimplementationstrategies.
  • EnableSalesSuccess : Usecasestudies,RDOImodels,andplatformdifferentiatorstoshortensalescyclesandimprovewinrates.
  • FullCycleSalesOwnership : Managetheentiresaleslifecyclefromprospectingthroughcontractclosure,whileensuringCRMaccuracyandreliablepipelineforecasting.

MustHave

  • 10+yearsofexperience in SaaSsales withinlifesciences,preferablyfocusedon commercialtechnology or medtechplatforms .
  • Demonstratedsuccessinsellingto emergingpharma or mid-marketbiotech clients.
  • Strongunderstandingof HCPengagement , dataintegration ,and omnichannelexecution strategies.
  • Experiencewithrelevanttoolslike Salesforce , Veeva , PowerBI ,andotherdataorCRMplatforms
  • Exceptionalcommunication,storytelling,andstakeholdermanagementabilities.
