Multi-State Licensed Chief Legal Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) / Partner to co-lead its legal arm.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal structure

Develop scalable legal service delivery frameworks and oversee legal template creation

Recruit and manage a team of attorneys and legal operations specialists

Required Qualifications

Licensed U.S. Attorney in good standing with multi-state experience preferred

8+ years of experience in corporate law, venture financing, or startup advisory

Deep understanding of startup legal needs including fundraising and compliance

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity in building processes

Strong leadership skills with experience managing legal teams
