Position Overview

As a Recruiting Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through the hiring process from initial engagement to successful placement. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where your ability to build trust and deliver results directly impacts your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
• Source, evaluate, and present top-tier candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
• Create and execute customized recruiting strategies
• Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate and client experience
• Stay informed on industry trends and market insights

• Base salary starting at $35,568 annually ($1,482 paid twice monthly) plus commission
