Product Analyst Intern

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst Intern for Summer 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end customer research by developing and conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover key pain points and unmet needs in document imaging

Perform competitive benchmarking and feature gap analysis to create a comparative matrix that identifies opportunities for product differentiation

Map the current user journey to identify friction points and collaborate with product and design to recommend specific workflow and UX / UI improvements

Required Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Computer Science

Demonstrated foundational knowledge or early experience in analytical skills through coursework or projects related to data analysis, market research, or user feedback synthesis

Must be a U.S. citizen and not require sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future
