Job Description
The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations is a hands-on, individual contributor role that requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. This position is solely responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, to support our growing customer base.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to supervise and manage the planning and control of the functions supporting the complete cycle (flow) of materials and associated flow of information. These functions include shipping and receiving, inventory control, distribution, logistics and disposal.
- Oversee the Warehouse Operations to ensure deliverables are met, as well as directly support, in the areas of :
Goods receipt to the warehouse
Document Control and Data EntryInventory management (receive material and maintain organized stock)Picking and packing activities.Inbound and departing shipmentsTool cage managementSupport of testing, prototyping and other activities in the warehouseCoordinates with other teams testing and assembly activities.Ensures warehouse is always clean and safe, and equipment and supplies are maintained.Provide forklift training as needed.Compensation Range : 95,000-109,000 Annually
The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.
Qualifications
Requirements, Skills and Abilities :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, operations, inventory control or logistics role.Must be certified to operate a forklift.Ability to develop and manage supplier relationships.MS Office proficiencyAbility to interact and cooperate with all company employeesExcellence in time management; attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.Excellence in communication (both verbal and written)Excellence in handling multiple tasks and works well under pressure, sense of both urgency and thoroughness.Professional, positive, and energetic attitude.Will be required to perform other duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by the Company, to meet company needs.Additional Information
