Our client's company specializes in offering personal, commercial, and group benefits lines of insurance. Currently, they are seeking Commercial Producers to join their team in Las Vegas and Phoenix, AZ.

This role involves generating prospects, establishing strong relationships, consulting on business matters, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate own prospects, network, and establish credibility
  • Consult on business matters and close deals
  • Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverages
  • Create and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Make necessary contacts to obtain client information

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling commercial lines with an independent broker
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the past
  • Ability to bring a book of business or have a solid business plan
  • Experience working with clients to recommend appropriate products and services
