Job Title : Assistant Home Health Director / Registered Nurse

Location : Austin TX

Schedule : Full-Time

Overview :

We are a 4.5-star rated home health agency seeking an Assistant Home Health Director to support daily operations quality assurance and clinical team leadership. This role offers competitive pay strong benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing clinical and administrative operations
  • Provide leadership coaching and support to clinical staff
  • Monitor care quality timeliness and compliance
  • Participate in performance improvement programs
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient-centered care

    • Qualifications :

  • RN license in Texas preferred
  • 5 years of home health or related healthcare experience
  • 2 years of home health leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and home health standards
  • Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
