Responsibilities :

• Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst - Data Services (Hybrid : 10% Onsite / 90% Remote) in Phoenix, AZ (Local candidates preferred). The role lasts approximately 1 year. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings.
• Work closely with the Deputy CIO of the PMO, IT teams, and stakeholders to document business requirements and develop functional solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, support technology adoption, and align IT solutions with organizational goals.
• Participate in weekly scrum meetings, gather and analyze requirements, evaluate new systems, analyze business processes, support development, create reports, maintain documentation, and assist in training.

This is a hybrid role with 10% onsite work in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be within commuting distance.
