Administrative Specialist
We are seeking a motivated team player with strong administrative skills and a high attention to detail to join our legal office and title company. Duties and Responsibilities :
The Administrative Specialist will be trained across different functions to support file completion, research, and client communication.
File Support : Assist Processors and Closers in their efforts to move real estate transaction files efficiently toward completion.
Data Management & Research : Use a variety of computer programs and platforms to conduct research, perform accurate data entry, and gather necessary information for files.
Document Review : Review contracts, legal documents, and other file information for accuracy and completeness.
Client Communication : Provide excellent customer service and professional client communication via phone and email.
Process Learning : Engage fully in learning the various administrative and operational roles used to support the title and legal business.
Experience and Qualifications :
Motivation to Learn : A willingness to learn the title and legal support business and develop new skills is the most critical requirement.
Attention to Detail : High attention to detail is essential for accurately handling legal and transactional documents.
Administrative Skills : Strong foundational administrative skills and proficiency with standard office computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Teamwork : Excellent teamwork capabilities and a desire to contribute positively to the office environment.
Customer Service : Strong customer service skills with a professional, respectful demeanor.
Work Ethic : Can work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required) : Prior experience in any office environment where data entry or customer service were primary duties. An interest in the real estate industry.
