Onsite opportunity, position will be in office 5 days per week.

The Role

• Maintains work areas of offices to keep them clean and orderly.
• Uses janitorial supplies and disposes of waste material according to company guidelines.
• Performs special cleaning projects as assigned or to fulfill facilities ticket request.
• Performs multiple times daily cleaning and sanitizing duties.
• Duties will occasionally include dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately following use.
• Replenishes products and supplies in assigned area including breakroom, copy rooms, and periodically bathrooms.
• Alerts appropriate personnel concerning the need for repairs and / or additions to building operating systems.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized supply room and communicates to manager low inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Removes and disposes of debris and / or trash.
• May perform basic maintenance and repair duties, including office furniture.
• Carry out and assist with ticket requests for meeting room setups / teardown and light furniture rearrangement.
• Support special events, office moves, or vendor coordination as directed. Entry-level support role.
• Performs routine tasks as directed and under close supervision.

What You Bring To The Role

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $34,900.00 - $52,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
