MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation. We specialize in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting including Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Build throughout Arizona, Texas, Utah, and New Mexico.

MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for Concrete Laborers, Form Setters, and Finishers to join our Arizona Division in the Phoenix metro area.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties for Concrete Laborer

• Spreads concrete into forms using rake or shovel.
• Mixes cement using hoe or concrete mixing machine.
• Breaks up and repairs concrete surfaces using pneumatic tools.
• Cleans work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Fine grades soil on ground to achieve proper thickness of concrete.
• Selects tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transports items to job sites to be used.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
