Key Responsibilities
Manage dispatch board to ensure service team utilization and project completion
Coordinate client communications and monitor order board for timely follow-up and resolution
Support Project Managers in project planning and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications and project management tools
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and handle unexpected situations
