Job Description:

A leading hospital system in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is actively seeking a Breast Surgeon to join its expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing breast surgery program in a state-of-the-art facility that is committed to providing top-tier patient care. The hospital will consider new graduates, including 2025 residents. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with breast disease, including benign and malignant conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in hospital breast cancer initiatives, tumor boards, and quality improvement programs.
• Engage in community outreach and patient education programs related to breast health.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and national healthcare quality standards.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery with Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology (preferred).
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: Expected range of $350,000 - $450,000, commensurate with experience (Negotiable)
