Duration : 15 Months

Pay Range : $55 - $60 Per Hour

Summary :

This role oversees the coordination and completion of projects / programs, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities assigned, and progress monitored. The successful candidate will prepare reports for upper management on the project's status and lead the project team effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in a related field, ideally with familiarity in construction or operations environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing all aspects of the project / program.
  • Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities.
  • Monitoring and summarizing project progress.
  • Preparing reports for upper management regarding project status.
  • Leading and directing the work of others.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products and Outlook.
  • Strong foundation in project management principles.
  • Proficiency in BlueBeam Revu, BIM 360 Docs, and ProCore.

    • Preferred Industry Experience :

  • Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related business fields.

    • Travel Requirement :

    Up to 90% travel during project periods across the United States' east coast or central regions, with reduced travel (approximately 25%) from mid November to January.
