Senior Procure-To-Pay Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Procure-To-Pay Manager for a global consumer goods company headquartered in Chicago, IL! This contract role is a key opportunity to lead global process ownership and transformation initiatives within the Procure-To-Pay (PTP) function. The Senior Procure-To-Pay Manager will drive standardization, automation, and operational excellence while managing relationships with internal teams and a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Procure-To-Pay Manager :

• Serve as the global champion and custodian of the end-to-end Procure-To-Pay (PTP) process
• Drive efficiency and standardization through continuous process improvement and automation (RPA, AI)
• Partner with IT to implement ERP enhancements impacting PTP
• Maintain global operating models, policies, and procedures in alignment with US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance
• Oversee BPO performance and SLA adherence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance
• Mentor and lead a team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability
