A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Commercial Training.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales and commercial training programs aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify competencies and ensure effective execution of strategies
Evaluate training effectiveness and stay updated on emerging methodologies and product trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or scientific discipline; MBA preferred
A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, sales management, or training
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with distance-learning technologies
Remote position with up to 30% travel within the United States
Experience in curriculum development and vendor management
